Since 2012 Ro has been a proud mama, a yogi, a pie lover, and a missionary. The mission is to help students fall in love with finding new ways to take care of the most important person in their lives: themselves.

Her teaching, usually out of her studio in the Toronto area, emphasizes strong, grounded movement, energy, and a whole lot of fun. Her experience teaching in studio and as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider has given her a deep understanding of the challenges that come with injuries. She’s also a firm believer in body diversity, meaning that everyone can live actively and have a satisfying practice.
