Bust
Measure over your favorite sports bra. Wrap a measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bust. Be sure your arms are at your sides (you might need a friend to help), the tape is flat against your body and parallel to the floor.
Waist
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and bend sideways: where you indent is your natural waist. Wrap the tape around your body at this natural waistline, which will likely extend across a point above your belly button. The tape should be flat against your body and parallel to the floor.
Hips
Measure around your body at the fullest part of your buttocks. Be sure the measuring tape is flat against your body and parallel to the floor.
